How do Security Experts Secure their Home PCs and Networks?

Read TechNewsWorld tips from IT security pros on how to secure home PCs and networksErika Morphy over at TechNewsWorld ran published an interesting article yesterday titled "Security Experts at Home: No Downtime," which offers some tips and techniques for securing personal computers at home from professionals who work in the IT security industry.

There's a broad range of suggestions here ranging from a professional who has actually "ditched" his personal email accounts due to security concerns, to folks who use Macs rather than Windows-based machines, to others (like myself) who are more inclined to rely on various packaged desktop security solutions. As the article quotes me, I personally prefer F-Secure Internet Security because of its fast response times to new threats, low resource footprint and easy configurability.

Anyway, I thought this was a rather clever idea for an article and the diversity of responses is pretty interesting!
